Linkity

Terms of Service

Last updated 30 September 2026 · Questions: [email protected]

The short version: you pay monthly or yearly, you can cancel any time and keep your page until the end of what you paid for, your first payment can be refunded within 14 days if Linkity isn't for you, and you are responsible for what your page links to.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Linkity ("Linkity", "we", "us") for the use of linkity.co, the pages we host for you, and everything else we provide (together, "the service"). By creating an account you accept them. If you use Linkity for a business or agency, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Who can use Linkity

You must be at least eighteen years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must give us accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for anything done through your account.

If you manage pages for other creators, you confirm that each of them has agreed to you doing so and that they meet these terms too.

3. What Linkity does

Linkity hosts link-in-bio pages and direct links, and gives you tools to design them, see their statistics and protect them from automated crawlers and scanners. Some plans include extras such as your own domain, direct links, location blocking and the AI page designer. What each plan includes is shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

No guarantee about other platforms. Linkity's protections are designed to reduce what crawlers from Instagram, TikTok and other platforms can see. We don't control those platforms, and we can't promise that any account will never be flagged, restricted or removed. Platforms judge the whole account, not only its links.

6. When a subscription ends

7. Your content

You own what you put on Linkity. You give us permission to store, display and deliver it for the purpose of running the service, including making copies, previews and backups. That permission ends when you delete it, apart from copies in backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis.

You are responsible for your page, your links and everything they lead to. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the rules of any platform you link from.

8. Usernames and domains

Usernames are first come, first served. We may take back a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trade mark, or misleads people. If you connect your own domain, you're responsible for keeping it registered and pointed correctly.

9. Tools

AI page designer

When you describe a design, your description is sent to our AI provider to generate it. Don't include personal information in it. Designs are suggestions; check them before publishing.

Image Spoofer

Image Spoofer runs entirely on your device; your photos are never uploaded to us. It removes hidden data such as location, device details and AI tags. It cannot remove watermarks woven into an image itself. Some platforms require AI-generated images to be labelled; following their rules is your responsibility.

Spike alerts

We may email you when a page or link performs far above its usual level. You can turn these emails off in Settings.

10. Referrals

Every account has a referral link and a referral code, which you can change. The link is also added to the "Made with Linkity" badge on your pages. Codes must not impersonate anyone or mislead; we may change one that does.

11. Meta Services

Meta Services is a separate, optional service in which we help with problems on Instagram, Facebook or Threads accounts, such as restrictions, reduced reach or suspensions. It is not included in any plan's price; Linkity members get it at a discounted rate.

12. Suspending or closing accounts

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if it breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we're required to by law, or to protect other users or the service. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix things first. If we close an account without good reason, we'll refund any unused part of your subscription.

13. The service "as is"

We work hard to keep Linkity running and your pages online, but we provide the service as it is and as available. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you reasonable notice and refund any unused part of your subscription.

14. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for loss of income, followers or accounts on other platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

If you use Linkity as a consumer, you keep all the rights consumer law gives you. Nothing in these terms takes them away.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then. Continuing to use Linkity after a change takes effect means you accept it.

16. General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something straight away, we can still do so later. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
